We are delighted to introduce the newest member of our Chesterfield team, Sophie!
Sophie joined us last month, bringing with her a wealth of experience in healthcare administration and customer service. While the dental world is new to her, Sophie has embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and has quickly become an integral part of our practice.
From the moment she started, Sophie has shown a real passion for patient care. Whether she’s answering the phone, greeting patients at reception, or helping with day-to-day admin, Sophie’s warm and approachable nature shines through. She particularly enjoys speaking to patients, learning about their individual needs, and making sure they feel comfortable before their appointments.
It’s safe to say Sophie has already made a big impact. Her ability to adapt, her eagerness to learn, and her friendly personality have made her a huge asset to the Springmount family.
