Once your referral is received, you will receive an immediate confirmation email, so you know your patient is in safe hands.
As soon as your patient’s consultation is scheduled, we’ll send you an introductory letter confirming the appointment details and outlining our next steps.
To provide full clarity, you’ll also receive a Loom video link detailing the proposed treatment plan following the patient’s initial assessment.
Throughout your patient’s implant journey, we’ll keep you informed with timely updates at key stages of treatment. Should there be any changes to the proposed plan, you’ll be notified immediately.
Once your patient’s implant treatment is successfully completed, we will inform you promptly and discharge them back to your care for their ongoing dental care.
