With a distinguished career spanning more than a decade, Emily brings a refined blend of clinical expertise, compassion, and calm professionalism to Springmount Dental & Aesthetics. A 2009 graduate of the prestigious University of Sheffield, she began her career within the university’s own dental hospitals before relocating to the Midlands.
Emily is renowned for her warm, reassuring manner and her commitment to patient-centred care. She understands the value of being truly heard and strives to ensure every patient feels supported, respected, and at ease throughout their journey.
Her pursuit of clinical excellence has been continuous and deliberate. Emily has achieved Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) at the Royal College of Surgeons and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Education with Merit from Sheffield Hallam University. Her passion for education has seen her mentor newly qualified dentists and, since 2021, she has been part of the teaching faculty at the University of Birmingham, guiding the next generation of clinicians.
In 2014, Emily obtained her IV sedation qualification, an extension of her naturally calm and gentle approach. She has since helped countless anxious and phobic patients access the care they need, creating positive and transformative dental experiences.
Most recently, Emily completed a postgraduate certificate in restorative dentistry, further refining her advanced clinical skillset and strengthening her ability to provide comprehensive, high-quality restorative care.
Beyond the clinic, Emily finds balance in cold-water swimming, cycling through the picturesque Worcestershire countryside, and spending precious time with her young family.
