At Springmount Dental & Aesthetics, we’re incredibly proud of the people who make our practice feel like home, and today, we’re shining a well-deserved spotlight on one of our longest-standing and most beloved team members: Nic.
Nic has been a familiar face at our Chesterfield practice for over 20 years! Although Springmount opened its doors in 2023, Nic has been here long before that, having worked with the previous dental company. When the new practice began its journey, Nic chose to stay, bringing with her a wealth of experience, local knowledge, and a warm connection with generations of patients.
As a key member of our Front of House team, Nic is the first friendly face that greets patients as they walk through our doors. Her calm, welcoming manner instantly puts everyone at ease, and it’s no surprise that she’s often mentioned in glowing patient feedback. Whether it’s offering reassurance before an appointment, helping with queries, or simply sharing a friendly chat, Nic’s care and kindness shine through in everything she does.
We often hear from patients who say how comforting it is to see a familiar face when they return, and that’s exactly what Nic represents: continuity, care, and community.
