Chelsea joined the practice in August 2023 and quickly became an essential part of our team. As one of the first team members patients speak to when they call to enquire, Chelsea sets the tone for the caring, patient-focused service we’re known for across Derbyshire
Whether she’s answering questions about treatments such as Invisalign clear aligners or dental implants, helping new patients feel comfortable, or managing appointment bookings, Chelsea handles it all with professionalism, warmth, and a smile.
For Chelsea, being part of someone’s smile journey is what makes her role truly special. “It’s so rewarding to meet patients at the very beginning of their journey and then see their confidence grow as their treatment progresses,” she says. “I love seeing those final results, it’s amazing to witness that transformation.” Working front of house also means Chelsea often interacts with patients who are nervous or unsure about visiting the dentist.
Her calm, empathetic manner helps put them at ease, making sure they feel heard and supported from the moment they walk through our doors, or pick up the phone. Providing exceptional customer service isn’t just part of Chelsea’s job, it’s something she genuinely cares about.
