Partial dentures can replace several missing teeth – even those which aren’t adjacent to one another, whereas full dentures are used to replace up to a whole arch of teeth at once. Normally made of acrylic or cobalt chrome, traditionally, dentures have been held in place via dental adhesives or suction, although our team are also able to provide implant-retained dentures.
