Michelle has worked in the dental industry for 37 years. Since qualifying as a dental nurse at the age of 18, she has gained additional qualifications in radiography, sedation, and oral health education, and has spent many happy years in surgery. She has extensive experience in all aspects of dentistry, from simple fillings and oral surgery to complex treatments under sedation and general anaesthesia. 

Seventeen years ago, Michelle transitioned to a management role and now has a passion for supporting the entire team of dental clinicians, therapists, and nurses at Springmount. Her commitment to high standards and attention to detail ensure that all patients at the practice receive the best possible experience. 

In her spare time, Michelle loves socialising with friends and family and enjoys long dog walks with her partner in crime, Pippa, her pampered pooch.
