From Chesterfield Town Hall, walk West along Saltergate. Just after Avenue House Medical Surgery, turn right onto Tennyson Avenue. We are located on the left-hand side at the end of the street.
For the practice address, enter S40 4SP into your satnav. When on Saltergate, turn up St Margaretās Drive. Once at the end of this street, turn right onto Cross Street which then leads onto Tennyson Avenue. We are immediately on your right-hand side. For the Rose Hill car park (Chesterfield Town Hall), enter S40 1LP into your satnav, and then follow the walking instructions above.
We are a 5-minute walk from Rose Hill Car Park (Chesterfield Town Hall). Just put S40 1LP into your satnav to get there. We are happy to refund the cost of parking here to make it easier for you. Alternatively, parking on Cross Street is free for 2 hours. We also have space for a car on our drive for patients with mobility issues.
We are a 5-minute walk from Matlock Centre. From the Crown Square roundabout, you would take the walk up Bank Road until you see our practice on the left-hand side. We are opposite the Matlock Methodist Church.
We are located opposite the Matlock Methodist Church on Bank Road. This can be reached from either coming up Bank Road from Matlock Centre or if you coming from Chesterfield, taking a right turn off Matlock Road onto Wellington Street, then turning left onto Bank Road. Then come down the hill until you see us on the right side.
We recommend parking in the Bank Road council car park, located down the hill from the practice. This is a 3-minute walk from the practice. Alternatively, there is free street parking on the surrounding roads. We offer parking on our drive for patients with mobility issues.
